EVENTS | GALLERY RENTAL
We are happy to share our beautiful space with you, our clients! Micaëla Gallery is available for your event in three-hour increments on weekdays and weekends. Fees begin at $750 for each increment, with additional fees of $150 per overtime hour. These fees include client's time for setup and cleanup. Catering and other concerns must be arranged by you, with a 50% deposit due on application. For more information and details, please call the gallery or email us at info@micaela.com.
LOCATION
Micaela Gallery provides an intimate setting for cocktail receptions and meetings at 49 Geary Street, in the heart of San Francisco's Financial District, a block away from Union Square, within San Francisco's most prestigious art gallery collective. Your guests will be surrounded by beautiful contemporary fine art, exhibited throughout 1600 square feet of elite gallery space.
CAPACITY
Stand-up Cocktail Receptions: 100 Guests
Seated Dinners and Meetings: 50-75 (maximum seated in rows, seating provided by renter)
AVAILABILITY
MONDAY: 9.00 am through 10.00 pm
TUESDAY-SATURDAY: 6.00 pm through 10.00 pm
SUNDAY: 6.00 pm through 10.00 pm
RENTAL RATES
MONDAY-FRIDAY: $750 (3 hours event time, 2 hours for setup and clean up, day of the event)
SATURDAY-SUNDAY: $1000 (3 hours event time, 2 hours for setup and clean up, day of the event)
ADDITIONAL HOURS: $150 per additional hour
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $600 or 50% of estimated rental period, whichever is more (deposit refundable following the event)
MISCELLANEOUS
CATERING: Client provides food + beverages, Micaela Gallery can provide recommendations
PARKING: Several public parking garages are nearby, notably Union Square Garage and Stockton Sutter Garage are within short walking distance. Valet Parking can be arranged by client
CLEAN UP: Responsibility of client
SMOKING: Outside only.
ALCOHOL: Provision of alcohol for the event is the client's sole responsibility. Client is responsible for all guests consuming alcoholic beverages
INSURANCE:
Extra liability insurance required from client for alcohol consumption.
