How to Place An Order

While browsing our Gallery, click the artwork image you like to view detailed information and availability. If the artwork is available, it will display an "Acquire" link at the end of the artwork's description.

Click on the "Acquire" link for acquisition details, and follow through by clicking the image. When you're ready, follow the instructions.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards online, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you wish to pay by wire or check, please contact us directly by email at info@micaela.com or use the Contact link at the top of the page.

Order Cancellation and Modifications

To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, contact us by email at info@micaela.com or use the Contact link at the top of the page. We cannot process cancellations for artworks that have already shipped, cannot add additional artworks to existing orders, or substitute another artwork. To make these adjustments, we will assist you with your existing order and place a new one.

Shipping and Delivery Info

Micaëla Contemporary Projects, works very hard to deliver your artwork with excellent service and flexibility, every time. We provide FedEx Express (2-3 day) and Ground (3-5 day) shipping for artworks up to a certain size and weight. All larger and heavier works will be delivered by a premiere art handling and logistics partner, or the white glove shipper of your choice. Depending on your location, delivery may take 1-2 weeks or more. We can arrange for coordinated delivery, if needed, to accommodate your schedule. Contact us for details.

Installation services are available when your artwork is delivered; simply note the "delivery with installation" option in the Shipping screen. Experienced art handlers will carefully unpack and inspect your artwork, place it securely in the location of your choice, and remove all packing materials.

We ask you to inspect your artwork carefully and provide a signature upon receipt. FedEx orders can be signed for by you or a designated contact. When your order is delivered by our art handler, we will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery appointment.

USA

We ship most continental USA orders to arrive via FedEx in 3-14 business days.

Alaska and Hawaii

Almost all artworks can be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via FedEx or a private handler, although some shippers may required an extended delivery window. Please contact us directly at info@micaela.com or through the Contact link at the top of the page for details.

APO/FPO/PO Boxes

Please contact us directly at info@micaela.com or through the Contact link at the top of the page to place an order for APO or FPO addresses; unfortunately, we cannot process these orders online.

International Deliveries

We do not directly ship outside the USA, including the US Territories of Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands, but we are happy to assist you to coordinate your international delivery via a commercial art handler or a shipper of your choice. Insurance

All artwork is fully covered by our insurance throughout delivery and until signed for. If a return is necessary, we will review insurance arrangements with you. Please contact us directly at info@micaela.com or through the Contact link at the top of the page.

Artwork Availability

All artwork represented by Micaëla Contemporary Projects is unique, unless otherwise stated, and cannot be reserved. They remain unsold and available to other collectors until your acquisition process is complete. Items in Acquisitions will be cleared after 72 hours.

RATES | Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on distance, the size and weight of your artwork, and the method of delivery selected. On the Shipping screen you can click on different delivery options to compare pricing, prior to finalizing your order. For art handler delivery to locations outside of major metropolitan areas, and for installation, we cannot provide a final quote at the time of your online purchase. We will contact you within 24 hours, or 1 business day, to finalize delivery instructions and charges. Pricing Policy

All prices online are in US dollars (US$) and subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Please understand availability and prices, including delivery fees, are subject to change and/or prior sale without notice. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain artworks, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.

Return Policy

Micaëla Contemporary Projects, takes great pride in our artists and the exceptional quality of their artwork. Our attention to the art itself and the artists is unyielding. And so is our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Returns

We accept returns within one week of delivery. We ask that you retain ALL original packaging and/or crating materials; if needed, we will ship a replacement Masterpak Box to you. Return freight, other than in the unlikely event of damage, will be paid by you.

FAQ | CUSTOMER SERVICE - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS) ORDERS, DELIVERY & RETURNS

Can I return artwork?

Yes, within one week of delivery (7 days). In order to request a return, please contact us directly at info@micaela.com or through the Contact link at the top of the page.

How long does my refund take?

Refunds generally appear on your credit card statement in one to two billing periods. Since all our online orders require credit cards as the method of payment, once we receive your return, your refund will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.

How do I cancel my order completely?

If you are in the process of checking out and decide you do not want to complete the order, you can leave the acquisition process at any time by using your browser back button, the checkout buttons that return you to the previous step, or clicking on the logo at the top of the page. If you logged into your Micaëla Contemporary Project account before placing an order, the items in your cart will remain there for your next visit, up to 72 hours. If you are not a registered Micaëla Contemporary Project user, or if you did not log into your account before placing an order, your cart will be deleted after 30 minutes of inactivity.

How do I order offline?

How will I know that you've received my order?

Once items have been ordered, a confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. We suggest that you save or print the confirmation for your records. An email version of the summary will be sent promptly, provided that we have an accurate email address. We will send subsequent email(s) when your product ships, including tracking information (if available).

How do I ship to an address other than my billing address?

Shipping to another address that is different from your billing address is easy. Simply enter the desired destination on the shipping information page at checkout. If you're a registered user, the address will be automatically added to your address book (so that you can access it for future purchases).

Will I receive all the items in my order at the same time?

If you have purchased multiple artworks and there is more than a one-day difference in their outbound shipping dates, we will contact you for instructions.

Do you ship overseas?

We only ship direct to the United States and APO/FPO addresses. Please contact us directly at info@micaela.com or through the Contact link at the top of the page to place an order for APO or FPO addresses or for assistance with international freight; we cannot process these orders online.

CREDIT and PAYMENTS

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes, we encrypt all credit card information during transmission and storage, so your private data remains private and secure.

How is tax estimated for my order?

Taxes are estimated based on the laws and regulations of the state or province indicated in the shipping address. Each state / province has different laws regarding the taxation of merchandise, freight and handling.

Do you offer framing services?

If an artwork is pictured with a frame on our virtual Gallery, it will ship to you with that frame, which will be included in the price of the artwork. How accurate are the artwork dimensions listed on your website?

Artwork dimensions listed on the site are for unframed works. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but it is possible for sizes to vary slightly up to (2"). If an artwork appears with a frame on the site, it will be noted as framed with framed dimensions. The general guideline is to add (4") to the unframed dimensions (both height and length) shown on the site. What if I want to re-sell my artwork?

We know you will treasure your artwork for years to come, however, in the event that you wish to re-sell we would appreciate the opportunity to discuss possible options. You don't need to create an account to shop on the site. And we have not yet developed this feature. In the future, we will encourage registering to facilitate checkout and take advantage of personalization features, such as accessing your order history and creating an artwork collection. Creating an account with us, at that point will be is simple, accomplished by your email address and a password.
