Craving Culture? Gorgeous at the Asian Art Museum

We loved a recent visit of the Asian Art Museum's collaboration with the SFMOMA, "Gorgeous."  The exhibition is, sine qua non, "Gorgeous," in every definition. Beautiful, intelligent, lyrical, sensuous, and some times even grotesque. Thoroughly captivating, and in this viewer's eye, a successful curatorial presentation of historical Asian artifacts with modern and contemporary fine art.
